Caffeine is a game about making coffee.
You play as Steeper, a barista with a backpack that can make coffee anywhere. Your goal is to find recipes to brew the perfect coffee.
Caffeine was my college thesis project for the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2016. It was made in collaboration with Sluke Martin, Katie Salvi, Dani Shultz, and Ryan Crowther. It's short– it has only one fetch quest– as it would be played in quick bursts at the thesis show. We considered using the demo as proof of concept to kickstart the full game after we graduated, but life had other plans and the team parted ways. Unfortunately the game no longer builds due to Unity compatibility problems.
